Guidebooks for the Wales Coast Path

The Welsh language guidebooks are the official accompaniments to the path and are endorsed by Natural Resources Wales. These guidebooks are ideal for those wanting to explore the Welsh coastline in the native language of Wales.

Llwybr Arfordir Cymru: Penrhyn Llŷn: Bangor i Borthmadog is written by Carl Rogers and Tony Bowerman (originally in English language) and translated into Welsh by Elfed Gruffudd on behalf of Atebol.
To showcase this section of the path, Radio Cymru presenter Aled Hughes documented his journey around this unique section of the path in North West Wales in a series of YouTube videos. Expect lots of local stories with interesting facts about the area as he shows off some of the most iconic views from the path. His passion for this area of Wales is infectious, we hope you'll be inspired to follow in his footsteps.
